I saw this article recently and started thinking about how many patients we see each week that could see dramatic benefits to their quality of life simply by drinking more water.  As a nation we consume so much soda, energy drinks and other beverages that don’t have any real benefits other than a quick jolt of energy…but water has been proven to help your body in soo many ways.
